Yes. Check an appropriate option during the order to exclude shipping costs. Please call us in advance to setup an appointment and get driving directions to our Monroe studio.
Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Our preferred carries are USPS and UPS.
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. If you make a purchase in our Monroe studio you can pay with Zelle or cash.
We use multi‑layer protective packaging, foam, and double‑boxing when needed. Our breakage rate is extremely low.
If the item which you bought has some defects not visible on the pictures you can return it in 30 days. Please use the original packaging. We'll email you the return label. The total cost will be charged back as soon as we get the item and verify its state. If you just didn't like the item, you can return it on your own
Yes. We create custom plates, vessels, and decorative pieces in your preferred colors and size.

Use mild soap and warm water. Avoid abrasive pads — they may scratch the surface.
Yes. Our pieces are kiln‑formed at high temperatures and properly annealed, which makes the glass strong and stable.
With normal use, they will last for decades, but as any regular glass items they are fragile and do not like fast temperature changes.
Yes. We use protective techniques for all our plates, bowls, spoon rests and other items which may contact food to make them safe. The surface is non‑porous, and glass is properly fused to not expose any chemicals used for its production.
Hand‑washing is recommended. Dishwashers won’t damage the glass, but they may dull the shine over time.
Not recommended. Microwave oven may heat glass unevenly and case break.
Warm food is fine. Avoid sudden temperature shocks (e.g., taking a plate from the freezer and pouring boiling water into it).

Yes. We can create custom stringer sets or murrine batches in specific color palettes.
Minimal spreading occurs at full fuse, as expected. At tack‑fuse temperatures, the shape remains crisp.
Yes. They behave predictably at high temperatures and maintain color stability.
No. You can use the same schedule as you usually use with Oceanside stringers. The colors of stringers are already matured, so no "striking" segments required.
All our stringers and murrine areCOE 96and compatible with major COE 96 glass brands.
We perform stress‑analysis under polarized light. Also, we check stringers for devitrification. If you need more details, please request the document by email.
Yes. We work with retailers and provide significant discounts. If you are interested in becoming our retailer, please call us.
Previously all our stringers were hand-pulled. Recently we developed a special stringer pulling machine and use it in our studio. That allowed us to significantly improve stringers' quality. 100% of stringers we sell pass manual quality control.
Most are between 1–1.25 mm, depending on the batch. We intentionally set the targeted thickness close to 1.15mm as it is more convenient for fusers and close to the thickness of Oceanside stringers.
Yes. We manually sort out all the stringers with the curvature exceeding pre-defined settings. Our stringers can be used in all the projects like tapestry, chevrons, and so on.
No. Both COE96 and Bullseye (COE90) firing schedules are provided in e-books. Also, all the temperatures and lengths are specified in both Metric and Imperial units.
All our glass supplies, e-books, and tutorials are final. You cannot return them.
